seaside homicide 10/15/12 11p.m. TDH

a man was shot to death in seaside friday night, hours after a drive-by shooting was reported elsewhere in the city.  the 1st incident occurred on the 51-hundred block of coe avenue, where multiple people were shot at.  nobody was injured in that shooting, but, a couple of hours later, shots were again fired, this time on the 16-hundred block of san lucas street.  seaside police officers found 1-victim with gunshot wounds;  he was pronounced dead at the scene.   no suspects were immediately identified.  the incident remains under investigation.
