Man died from heart problem 10/11/12 6:30p.m. TDH

An autopsy has revealed that a 59-year-old man being held at santa cruz county jail died this past week from a heart abnormality.    Rick Prichard was being held at the jail awaiting processing, when he suffered a medical emergency.  The santa cruz county sheriff’s coroner has determined Prichard died from cardiac arrhythmia caused by underlying cardiovascular problems.
