Shoplifting conspiracy 10/07/12 9:30p.m. TDH

4-people were arrested for shoplifting in capitola on Saturday.  The 4-stockton residents were allegedly found with stolen gift cards and other items from multiple stores around the san Francisco bay area.  They were arrested after acting suspiciously at a khol’s store.  All-4 were charged with conspiracy and other crimes.
