Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article concerning a Swedish study on the health benefits of chocolate. Researchers followed 37,000 men between the ages of 45 and 79 for ten years noting their chocolate comsumption. Those who the most chocolate about 2.2 ounces weekly were 17% less likely to have a stroke compared to men who ate little or no chocolate.
