Monologue
Dr. Wallach starts the show discussing diseases that many believe are going to be epidemic among the baby boomers. Outlining there are four types of dementias. Outlining several studies that have shown diet and lifestyle can directly affect the severity of these dementias including Alzheimer's.
Pearls of Wisdom
Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article concerning a study on Alzheimer's. This follow-up study to one involving animals found that a nutritional supplement helped the symptoms of paitents with mild early onset Alzheimer's. In fact patients in the study taking a concoction of choline, uridine and omege-3 fatty acid DHA saw EEG (electroencephalography) patterns change from typical dementia to more normal patterns. This theory is something Dr. Wallach has been stating since 1993.

Comments
Please check Mercola.com, yesterday the website has a video and article about two law suits against Merck. One is from two virologist that used to work for Merck and were witness of how the studies are manipulated to give good results on the vaccine against mumps. As you know, they are the ones that brought us Vioxx a drug that killes thousands of patients, they paid the fine, peanuts compare to the profits and continue doing business as usual. Those are the ones in charge of keeping the public
healthy.! They have the nerve to tell the public to be afraid of Naturophatic They have nerve.!
Efrain.
