Monologue

Dr. Wallach starts the show talking about his latest CD and book soon to be released. Titled "Epigenetics:The Death of the Genetic Disease Theory" the book dispells the popular belief that all diseases are caused by genetics. Doc asserts that in early medicine it was that that evil spirits or bad humours caused diseases. Later after Louis Pastuer discovered bacteria the common belief was that this was the cause of all disease. After Pastuer discovered viruses then all believed this was the sole cause of disease. After genetic codes were mapped the belief turned to genetics being the cause of all disease.

Pearls of Wisdom

Doug Winfrey and Dr. Wallach discuss a news article concerning a study on children and vitamin and mineral supplementation. In a study of over 7000 children ages two through eight researchers found that about 40% took daily supplements. In ages nine through 13 that percentage drops to 29%. The teenage group that number drops to 26% with whites more likely to supplement that black or hispanic children.

Dr Wallach: I cannot get your radio program but was referred to this website by Total Nutrition. I have seen many of your videos on the infowars website and believe you are the source for nutrition information. I would like a response as to what protocol you would prescribe for me.
I am a male, 6ft-4, 57yo, 370lb, with grey hair since age 48. My eyesight has deteriated slightly, but my eye dr says it has not gotten any worse in the last 3 years. My MD diagnosed me as a type 2 diabetic in 2006, with blood sugar levels of 270-330. Since then I have also developed erectile dysfunction. Dr has me on metformin and glyburide and Zetia, which gives me muscle pain after resting . What should I do to overcome this disease and can I reclaim my virility. I have signed up for Youngevity and am familiar with their products to a degree. I would like to get down to about 190-200lbs and increase my muscle mass and tone, while decreasing my body fat index. Will my eyes improve as well?
