I think it was a maintenance guy of someone who hopped over the barrier, not a ghost.....

I have been on and around this roller coaster for 30 years. I have rode it well over a 1000 times. There is no one allowed on those tracks when a coaster is moving. Talk about an INS nightmare.....we let low paid morons walk the track when the coaster is moving....please insure us? I was trying to find a place that a person could climb on it but the cops are all over the place and I just can't find a way a man could get up there and then down without being spotted and arrested.

Definitely a maintenance worker standing there. Maybe wasn't supposed to be standing there, so didn't make it known. Also, he's wearing the typical blue maintenance staff outfit that they wear. I'm not a skeptic, but this is not a ghost.
