In state news, an Amber Alert was issued across California over the weekend. The alert is for 4-year-old Aranza Maria Ochoa Lopez. The CHP says she was abducted by her mother, 21-year-old Esmeralda Lynn Lopez, from Vancouver, WA on October 25. Aranza is described as a Hispanic girl with blond hair and blue eyes. Her mother is described as a Hispanic female, 5 feet tall, 138 pounds with black hair and browns eyes. The suspect was last seen driving a 2005 Chevy Cobalt with Washington license plate number BLK 1552. They are believed to be headed to Mexico.
