city leaders in marina are interested in bringing an in-n-out restaurant to the marina dunes shopping center. the city council agreed to contact in-n-out about opening a location in marina at their meeting last night. an in-n-out consultant said it was unlikely that in-n-out would do any business on the peninsula, after being rejected by the city of seaside following 18-months of proposals. the marina city council hopes to get c.s.u. monterey bay to support the plan.
