ERIN ALEXIS BOETZER FIRST ARRESTED AUGUST 31ST AFTER SHE RAMMED HER VEHICLE INTO A PATROL CAR IN LIVE OAK HAS RETAINED A PUBLIC DEFENDER AND PLEADED NOT GUILTY. BOETZER FACES CHARGES THAT INCLUDE ASSAULTING A POLICE OFFICER, IDENTITY THEFT, AUTO THEFT, TRANSPORTING DRUGS AND EVADING A POLICE OFFICER, AND IS BEING HELD IN SANTA CRUZ COUNTY JAIL IN LIEU OF 25,000$ BAIL. DEPUTIES SAID BOETZER AND ANOTHER MAN STOLE MAIL, OPENED FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD ACCOUNTS AND HAD ITEMS SHIPPED TO A HOUSE IN SCOTTS VALLEY.
