Officers with Immigration And Customs Enforcement were seen in Santa Cruz this morning, and an I.C.E. spokesman confirmed they were here, but would not provide any details about if, or how many, people were arrested by them. Santa Cruz Police Chief Andrew Mills said that he and his officers do not work with I.C.E. agents on immigration issues.
