The Santa Cruz Police Department invites the community to come out to one of two locations for Ice Cream or Coffee with a cop. On Tuesday morning Coffee will take place at Starbucks on Mission Street between 9 and 10:30 a.m. Later in the day Ice Cream with a Cop takes place from 3 until 7 at Marini’s downtown on Pacific Avenue. The events are to encourage the community to get to know their police officers.
