Interstate five at the grapevine remained closed this morning following a major snowstorm. The C-H -P reports icy conditions on the steep, winding mountain pass.
No word yet on when the grapevine will open. Hundreds of drivers were stranded and seen sleeping in their cars overnight waiting for the roadway to open.
