If you’re heading over the hill this weekend… there’s road construction on the highway one, highway 17 connector ramp. The construction zone begins around Morrissey northbound only.
Expect delays of at least 10 minutes as Caltrans crews work to resurface the deck of the Carbonera creek bridge. Beginning tonite (Friday) northbound highway one will have the two right lanes closed from 9-pm until 6-am and motorists will be directed to a detour. The work is expected to be complete on Sunday by noon.
