Inclimate weather has forced the folks at Caltrans to postpone Highway 17 tree trimming until next week.
The bulk of the vegitation trimming will take place in Scotts Valley so they can clear the way for a major construction project. The good news is road crews will be shutting down their chain saws and week wackers by 2:30 or 3 0’clock, as to not impact the evening commute.
The best advice is stick to your left because most of work will shut down the right lane. In general, the roadwork will close down the right lane from crescent drive to Pasatiempo.
