the final stages of a touch-up project along highway 1 are set to begin in the next few weeks. the 650-thousand dollar improvement project began in june. the project includes re-paving a 3-mile stretch of mission street from the san lorenzo bridge to western drive. the final stages of the plan will be re-striping the road and completing electrical work.
the next project for highway 1 is a concrete median that will run from river street to mission street.
