Caltrans is announcing a planned closure of Highway 1 in the Big Sur area. The closure is due to a significant storm arriving today (Tues). The closure will take place at 5 p-m (Tues) at Paul’s Slid and Mud Creek. Both gates will be padlocked and no access will be allowed for emergency or other services until an inspection and clean up is performed.
