Seniors, who are hoping to be placed on the wait-list for Saint Stephen’s Senior Housing in Santa Cruz, need to get their pre-applications in by this Friday. Mid Peninsula Housing is building the complex at 2510 Soquel Avenue, just west of 7th Avenue (near Saint Stephen’s Lutheran Church). The pre-applications can either be faxed, or put in the drop box outside the Housing Authority Of The County Of Santa Cruz on Mission Street. Potential residents of the studio, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments need to be at least 62 years-old, and meet income guidelines.
