Homemade Explosive Device 03/299/17b 22:53 S.S.

A  homemade  explosive  device  was  disarmed  today  in  Santa  Cruz.     The  M-100 type  explosive  was  found  in  a  parking  lot  on  the  9000  block  of  Soquel  Avenue,  not  far from  Gross  Road.     No  one  was  hurt  by  the  device.
