Notice has been given that a group of people in Santa Cruz intends to appeal an April ruling by a U.S. District Court Judge (about the Ross Homeless Encampment). The group of homeless plaintiffs have until late this month to formalize the appeal, with an opening brief. They are being guided by the general counsel for the California Homeless Union.
