Do Drones Have A Place in Our Defense?
The death toll of those killed by drones was leaked this week by Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina). He revealed that about 4,700 people have been killed. Other sources say it must be much higher, judging by the context of his remarks, he wasn't counting the drone strikes in Iraq and Afghanistan. While using drones protects American soldiers, the growing number of casualties — which include civilians as well as suspected terrorists, raises the question if these un-manned weapons are honorable. Do these drones have a solid place in our defense? Yes or No? Please share your thoughts.
