Meanwhile… the number of home sales in the nine San Francisco Bay Area counties fell 20-percent in December… that’s the slowest December for home sales in 11 years.
The price of a new home fell 10-percent in December making the median price for a home in the bay area just over one-million dollars in Santa Clara county…. This is according to data from core-logic.
