Home prices in Santa Cruz county rose to new highs in April. The median price was $830,000 this year up from $775,000 a year ago. The prices for condominiums and townhouses also continues to rise. A decreasing number of homes on the market (down 18 per cent from last year) is credited with driving up the prices
