A Hollister woman convicted of wire fraud was sentenced to nine years in federal prison yesterday. Between 2010 and 2013, 38-year-old Briana Irene Roy attempted to steal over $200,000 from a San Jose based engineering firm, where she was employed. She was also sentenced to three years of supervised release and is required to pay nearly $200,000 in restitution.
