a man is being sought who is believed to be involved in a stabbing at a hollister bar on saturday morning. a 24 year old man was admitted to an area hospital around 2 a.m., saying that he was stabbed outside of jonny’s bar on san benito street. the victim told police he had been in an altercation with an unknown man earlier in the night at another area bar. the same man confronted the victim outside of jonny’s bar before slashing him in the back of the head. the hollister police department is asking anyone who might have witnessed this fight to contact the we tip crime tip line at 800-78-crime. information leading to the arrest of the suspect may qualify for an award.
