Hollister police are investigating a Friday night shooting. The incident took place shortly after 7:30 p-m, when emergency personnel responded to reports of a shooting victim near 4th and Line Streets. At the scene police found a Hispanic male in his 30’s suffering from a gunshot wound to the back. The victim was airlifted to a Salinas Trauma center.
