a hollister man accused of lewd acts with a child is due in court to set a trial date. 54 year-old thomas loguidice waived his right to a preliminary hearing this week. loguidice was arrested in may on suspicion of performing lewd acts at a hollister home with a child under the age of 14. he is due back in court on november 10th to set a trial date.
