the sentencing of a hollister man convicted of molesting a 19-month old child has been delayed. 22 year old jonathan fidone was found guilty of sexual assault stemming from an incident in july of last year. fidone’s attorney has filed a motion for a new trial, contending that there was juror bias. a motion hearing has been scheduled for november 23rd at the san benito county courthouse. fidone faces 15 years to life in prison.
