an inmate at the san benito county jail was hospitalized thursday AFTERNOON. timothy gutierrez was charged with sexually ASSAULTING one of his 14 year old female martial arts students. he was treated for a self inflicted injury at hazel kawkins hospital and moved to an undisclosed location to recover.
