A San Jose man was arrested following a fatal head on collision near Hollister on Sunday. The crash took place at 5 p-m on Highway 25, south of San Felipe Road. A Hollister woman was declared dead at the scene, the other driver 28 year old Ernesto Hernandez was transported to a trauma center and placed under arrest on suspicion of DUI.
