A ribbon-cutting ceremony took place at new apartment complex in Hollister on Friday. The 49 unit complex is called the Sunrise Senior Center. The center’s units will be renting for about 450 dollars a month to those meeting age and income criteria, 6 of the units have been earmarked for the already homeless. So far the center has received 225 applictaions.
