Hollis ter Police officers conducted a DUI checkpoint on the west side of town on Sunday.
The checkpoint was made possible by all available officers who could staff it and was funded through a grant by the California Office of Traffic Safety.
Over 700 vehicles were screened. Official s with Hollister PD state that dozens of citations were issued for those driving with a suspended license or not being licensed, and two were placed under arrest.
