hollister police report that 13 citations were issued and 3 arrests were made during a d.u.i. checkpoint last week in hollister. the four-hour checkpoint was held on airline highway at sunset drive. 9 people were cited for driving without a license and 4 people were cited for driving with a suspended license. the checkpoint was funded through a grant from the california office of traffic safety.
