Construction crews are busy with a large plot of land near Flynn Road and San Felipe Road in Hollister.
A parcel-package delivery facility is slated to open by September and could create up to 400 jobs.
The facility is sized at 129,000 square foot and was originally going to Gilroy but the the city of Hollister had environmental review and necessary infrastructure in place first.
A groundbreaking ceremony of this new delivery facility will take place in two weeks from now.
