The mayor of Hollister is claiming a concert venue is ignoring state covid 19 reopening protocols. The Pepper Tree Ranch is home to the Hollister Concert series, which has been cancelled due to the pandemic. However recently te organization has put out flyers for a covid19 protest rally. The flyer asks attendees to bring a 30 dollar donation and food and drink and states that musical entertainment will be provided during the rally. Hollister’s mayor claims the facility is just holding concerts under a false pretense.
