A Hollister transient was arrested on battery and burglary charges. The incident took place when the manager of a business on the 700 block of Sally Street confronted a man attempting to take things from the establishment. The suspect then assaulted to employees and fled the scene. Police apprehended 47 year old Angel Aguero. He was booked into San Benito County Jail.
