(11:13) HOLLISTER- A Hollister man has been arrested on arson charges. Shortly before 8 p.m. on Wednesday fire crews put out a fire started in a dumpster near the Veterans Memorial Building. Investigators identified 33 year old Anthony Ray Gonzales as the fire starter from video surveillance. Gonzales was located and booked into county jail.
