The city-sanctioned Hollister Independence Rally is now expected to take place over the July 4th weekend next year. That after the Hollister City Council voted 3-2 last night in favor of the return of the on-again-off-again motorcycle rally. The promoter this time will be Roadshows, Incorporated.
