The Cal-Fire Attack Base in Hollister is now up and operational. Although it’s a small base, with only a crew of 8 firefighters with 2 air tankers and an ‘eye in the sky’…..they hope once again to be able to at least hold things in check while the firefighters on the ground get a handle on whatever comes their way.
