The man who is believed to have kidnapped and killed 13 year-old Christina Marie Williams back in 1998, is now scheduled to be arraigned in 3 weeks. 56 year-old Charles Holifield was charged last week with her murder, along with enhancements and special circumstances for kidnapping, lewd acts on a child, and for prior convictions for previous crimes. Holifield is currently serving time in Valley State Prison, in Chowchilla, for a 3-strikes conviction. If convicted on all of the charges against him now, Holifield could face either life in prison without the possibility of parole, or the death penalty.
