The Capitola police department has teamed up with the Central Fire Protection District and the California Highway Patrol, to hold a holiday toy drive. Members of these agencies will be asking for donations from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday through Sunday, at Toys-R-Us. That’s located at 1660 Commercial Way, Off of the Soquel Exit of Highway-1 in Santa Cruz. You can also drop off toys at any central fire protection district station.
