A man, who allegedly intentionally ran down 2 people with his car last night in Seaside, has been arrested. 30 year-old Carlos Lizano was found today in Monterey. He was booked into Monterey county jail in connection with last nights hit and run in a burger king parking lot. Lizano faces several felony charges including attempted murder.
