A Hit-and-Run driver, who was driving an older grey Honda, is being sought in connection with yesterday’s early morning accident on East Alisal Street in Salinas. A 19 year-old woman and her sister were both hit in the 12:27 a.m. accident. The 2 were in a marked crosswalk at the time. Anyone who witnessed the major injury accident is encouraged to contact the Salinas Police Department. The victim is expected to fully recover.
