A man was arrested on Saturday night, after fleeing from the scene of an accident in Watsonville. Jose diaz perez is facing D-U-I charges, as well as hit and run, and evading police, following reports that he crashed into a wall at east lake and palm avenues. Perez was booked into santa cruz county jail.
