(16:37) SCOTS VALLEY- Friday’s rains triggered a Highway 17 landslide in the early afternoon. The slide took place in southbound lanes near Pastiempo Drive shortly after 12 p.m. The slide backed up traffic for several miles until the roadway was cleared. Both lanes were reopened a t about 4 p.m.
