A High Wind Advisory is now in effect for portions of western California. Northwest winds of 13 to 30 miles per hour are expected to continue through 4 a.m. tomorrow (Monday). Gusts of up to 45 miles per hour can also be expected. The strong winds are connected with a dry cold front moving through the region.
