(06:45) Salinas – A man was arrested last night, after he led Salinas Police on high speed chase. Officers reported that 23 year-old Richard Flores brandished a firearm at Natividad Creek Park. Flores fled the scene as officers attempted to pull him over. The 30 minute chase ended on Mohar Street around 8 p.m. During a search of the vehicle Officers uncovered a 9 mm handgun. Flores was booked into Monterey County Jail.
