2 men were arrested Tuesday for possession of Heroin and other drugs….as well as having outstanding warrants. They were picked up just after noon on the 100 block of Monterey Street in Salinas, after they were found to be in possession of 46 grams of heroin, 3.5 grams of methamphetamine, and some hydrocodone pills. Both men were booked into Monterey County Jail.
