Watsonville police thank everyone who searched for a missing 66-year-old-man reportedly suffering severe dementia. William Farley was last seen walking away from a medical clinic on the 1400 block of Freedom Boulevard during the 4-5 PM hour Thursday.
The department issued this happy post on Facebook a short time later after Farley was found:
“Thanks to an alert community member who saw our posts, officers were able to find Farley in the area of Main and Freedom Blvd.”
Farley was not believed to have been injured.

Advisory: Help us find a missing 66-year-old man with dementia
Our officers are out looking for a 66-year-old man with severe dementia who was reported missing during the 4-5 PM hour today.
William Farley was last seen walking away from a medical clinic on the 1400 block of Freedom Boulevard. At this time, we do not know which direction he left in.
Farley is wearing a dark gray trapper hat (same hat pictured here), black jacket, jeans, brown slippers, and a brown cane.
If you come across him, please call 9-1-1.
