a santa cruz county judge set a preliminary hearing date for 2 men accused of murder yesterday (thurs). 25 year old miguel angel rodriguez-chavez and 21 year old cesar rosales are charged with the july 2011 drive by shooting death of 18 year old gustavo diaz zaragoza in front of a watsonville business. chavez was arrested in mexico after 2 years on the run and is now being held in santa cruz county jail with bail set at 1 million dollars. rosales, remains in custody in lieu of 750 thousand dollars bail. the hearing is slated for may 5th
